A Week of Symfony #905 (29 April - 5 May 2024)
This week, Symfony 5.4.39, 6.4.7 and 7.0.7 maintenance versions were released. In addition, Symfony published the first beta of Symfony 7.1 so you can test it in your own applications before the final release at the end of May 2024.
A Week of Symfony #904 (22-28 April 2024)
This week, Symfony continued tweaking and polishing the new features of the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version. Meanwhile, Symfony UX 2.17 version was published, with the first stable release of Symfony UX Icons. Lastly, we published more information about some of the talks that will be part of the SymfonyOnline June 2024 and SymfonyLive Berlin 2024 conferences.
A Week of Symfony #903 (15-21 April 2024)
This week, Symfony continued adding compatibility with the upcoming PHP 8.4 version and also focused on tweaking and polishing the new features of the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version. Meanwhile, we published more information about some of the talks that will be part of the SymfonyOnline June 2024 conference.
A Week of Symfony #902 (8-14 April 2024)
This was a very special week for the Symfony project. Ryan Weaver, a beloved Symfony core team member and SymfonyCasts founder, asked for our love and support as he battles cancer. The Symfony and PHP communities rallied around Ryan and his family and raised more than $250,000 in donations. If you can, please keep donating money to support Ryan and his family.
A Week of Symfony #901 (1-7 April 2024)
This week, Symfony 5.4.38, 6.4.6 and 7.0.6 maintenance versions were released. Meanwhile, the development activity on the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version was very intense because it just entered into the stabilization phase. Lastly, we published a recap of the SymfonyLive Paris 2024 conference.
A Week of Symfony #900 (25-31 March 2024)
This week, Symfony organized the SymfonyLive Paris 2024 conference with great success. Development activity focused on fixing bugs and tweaking new features for the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version. Lastly, this week we celebrate the 900th issue of the "A Week of Symfony" series. Thanks to all the folks who read this every week.
A Week of Symfony #899 (18-24 March 2024)
This week, the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version added features such as a method to return all tokens after the command name, support for new DOM extension classes in VarDumper, some design updates in the workflow profiler panel and a way to apply attribute configurator to child classes in dependency injection.
A Week of Symfony #898 (11-17 March 2024)
This week, Symfony continued adding support for the upcoming PHP 8.4 version in all maintained Symfony branches. Meanwhile, the next Symfony 7.1 release improved performance when creating lazy objects, added support for workflows that need to store many tokens in the marking and introduced a new AutowireMethodOf attribute to autowire a method of a service as a callable.
A Week of Symfony #897 (4-10 March 2024)
This week, Symfony 5.4.37, 6.4.5 and 7.0.5 maintenance versions were released. Meanwhile, in preparation for PHP 8.4 release at the end of 2024, we started testing all Symfony versions with it and we already fixed some deprecations.

This week, Symfony 5.4.36, 6.4.4 and 7.0.4 maintenance versions were released. Meanwhile, the upcoming Symfony 7.1 version focused on finishing some minor new features.
